Missing Documents Letter
This is a sample of the “Missing Documents” letter that’s included with your Award Letter. While the sample is a single page, depending on the amount of information we’re requesting, your letter may continue to a second page. This letter explains what you’ll need to do to complete your financial aid file.

- The date by which you need to provide the requested information.
- The bulleted items each represent a document you need to submit and/or an action you need to take. While only one document is shown on this example, your letter may list several missing documents. Be sure to respond to each bulleted item.
