Center for Faculty Development colleagues can coordinate or facilitate discussions for your department or program around topics related to learning and teaching, research practice, or professional development. For instance, if, as a team, you want to agree on a common set of grading criteria for presentations, construct suitable learning outcomes for a program, or coordinate which academic and transferable skills are developed at which stage in the students' studies, we can help facilitate the conversation, and can provide additional evidence from the literature to inform your deliberations.
