• Maintain underground steam piping, all building steam and hot water heating systems, i.e. boilers, steam heat exchangers, steam pressure regulators and pop-off valves, etc.
• General Maintenance
• Certify fire sprinkler systems.
• Upgrade installations of heating and cooling systems.
• Provide welding and sheet metal fabrication.
• Maintain fountains and ponds, air handling systems, fan motors, belts, air filtration, pumps, etc.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance schedule for building systems.
