12th and Cherry Development

The 12th & Cherry Project is a mixed use building. The ground floor is a mixture of retail and residential housing, and upper floors are devoted to housing.  One floor of garage parking will be built below grade. The property will also feature a courtyard that opens onto James Court with a rain garden and other sustainable features.

Seattle University is partnering with Seneca Group Inc. to develop this site.

August 2009 - October 2009: Soil Removal & Site Work
February 2010: Start Building Construction & Additional Site Work
Summer 2011: Building Completion
Fall 2011: Building Opens
