We create and sustain environments that support the needs of our campus community. 

Facilities Services is responsible for the physical infrastructure of the University, including building maintenance, capital planning and construction, and our environmentally friendly campus grounds. Additionally, Facilities Services also oversees university purchasing, asset management,  several neighborhood community relations and sustainability. Our goal is to deliver facilities management services in an efficient, cost-effective manner while maintaining excellent customer relations.
