Title:

Coping with Anxiety - A Buddhist Perspective

Description: Venerable Jhado Rinpoche was born in Tibet in 1954 and fled to India in 1959 following the Chinese invasion. He is the former Abbot of His Holiness the Dalai Lama's personal monastery in Dharamsala, India, and holds the degree of Geshe Lharampa, doctorate in Buddhist philosophy.
