Title:

Nomination Deadline for the 25th Annual Alumni Awards

Description: The Office of Alumni Relations is looking for men and women who have made a difference in their chosen fields, in their communities and in the world. Nominations are now being sought for the 2010 Alumni Awards, two of which are also open to non-alums. Individuals will be recognized in the following categories.

* Alumnus/Alumna of the Year: For outstanding leadership and service to the community and to Seattle University

* Professional Achievement: To recognize exceptional achievement in the professional arena

* Community Service: For someone who provides exemplary service to the wider community

* University Service: To honor an individual who goes above and beyond in serving Seattle University (open to alumni and non-alumni)

* Distinguished Teaching: For an SU faculty member who has made a special impact on students (open to alumni and non-alumni)

* Outstanding Recent Alumnus/Alumna (Graduate from 1999 to 2009): For outstanding leadership and service to the community and to Seattle University

Nomination forms are available in the Office of Alumni Relations and are due by Monday, Nov. 30. E-mail your nomination forms to alumni@seattleu.edu or by mail to Seattle University Alumni Relations, 901 12th Ave. (A&A Bldg), Seattle, WA 98122-1090. Forms may also be faxed to (206) 296-5656.
Recipients will be honored at the 25th Annual Alumni Awards Celebration on Thursday, April 15, 2010. For more information, contact Alumni Relations at (206) 296-6127.
