Introduction to Focusing

Description: FOCUSING is a remarkable therapeutic process that takes us and our clients to direct bodily-felt experiencing where change can happen more easily and with compassion. This is a hands-on class that benefits the Jan Rowe Scholarship Fund. Visit our website for registration details and more about the course. Continuing Education certificate available for 6.5 hours upon request.
