How to Obtain and Read Your Pay Advice

To access pay advices online

1. Click on https://suonline.seattleu.edu/.
2. Log in as described above.
3. Click on “Employees.”
4. Click on “Pay Advices” under “Employee Profile.” From there, you can select specific pay periods and print the advices (“File” then “Print”). You will also find instructions here on how to read your pay advice.

If you do not know or have forgotten your password, log onto SU online at https://suonline.seattleu.edu/ and click on the “Forgot/Set password” link located on the top right hand corner and follow the instructions. Contact the Office of Information Technology HelpDesk at extension 5571 if you have questions or need further assistance.
