Mission and Vision

The Vision of Commuter Student Services is that all commuter students are fully valued, supported, and integrated within the Seattle University community.

The Mission of Commuter Student Services is to:

• Foster a sense of belonging, involvement and connection for commuter students with each other and the SU community.
• Support the educational success of commuter students by providing services, programs, and learning communities that address needs particular to their populations.
• Advocate and educate the campus community about commuter student experiences and needs.
• Provide physical environments for the gathering of transfer students that are welcoming, maintained, and supportive of their day-to-day needs.
