Summer is finally here and Seattle University
Magazine celebrates in its—appropriately enough—summer 2010 issue with the
“Bite of Seattle U.” The cover story features some of the best known food and
drink businesses owned and operated by Seattle University alumni, including the
delectable cupcakes from Cupcake Royale, the juicy and savory burgers of Blue
Moon Burgers and the sweet chocolate treats of Chocolati. So dig in! Also in
this issue, a Faculty Research profile of Roshanak Roshandel, an assistant
professor in the College of Science and Engineering who aims to advance
software engineering with help from a sizable grant from the National Science
