State of Sustainability brown bag

You are invited to learn about the progress SU has made toward its Climate Action Plan goals, hear about future plans and share your ideas on how the university can meet its goals. This brown bag talk will be led by the President's Committee for Sustainability co-chairs Robert Schwartz (Associate Vice President of Facilities) and Greg Magnan (Professor, Albers), as well as Karen Price (Campus Sustainability Manager). They will discuss highlights from the four-year Climate Action Plan progress report that was just released.

The Climate Action Plan provides a guiding framework for the university to educate students about climate change and sustainability in and out of the classroom, reduce carbon emissions from campus operations, and share the university's growing expertise more widely with partners in the community.

Brownies will be provided. For more information, contact Karen Price at kprice@seattleu.edu.
