Greg Boyle, S.J., will talk about "Vocational Discernment-Finding Your Passion" on Wednesday, Feb. 17, as part of Leadership Week. Fr. Boyle is founder and executive director of Homeboy Industries, which is helping former gang members in L.A. turn their lives around. The talk is one of many great events taking place during Leadership Week (Feb. 16-20). Other events include the weeklong "Faces of Leadership" gallery, a discussion with the Young Eight string octet and a Courageous Conversation led by the Office of Multicultural Affairs on what it means to be a leader for a just and humane world, to name just a few.
Leadership Week is put on by the Office of Leadership Development. Faculty and staff are more than welcome--and encouraged--to participate in all of the week's events, says Michelle Etchart, director of Leadership Development. All events are free; RSVPs are required for Fr. Boyle's talk. For the full schedule of events and more information visit Leadership Development.
