The Commons: A gathering place for Seattle University faculty and staff

Thanks to Melisa Ziegler of Career Services for this photo. She recently explained, "Career Services’ staff just finished a 'ginger bread house' (made of graham crackers) for the Student Development ginger bread house competition. Here are pictures of it. Everything, besides the base, is edible including the internal supports and the tower. Although we’re not planning on eating it, it still looks tasty! It has approximately 30 different types of candy and other edible treats on it."

Always on the move and going places, the Albers School of Business and Economics recently, and literally, took to the streets with these advertisements for its MBA and EMBA programs. If you missed the ads in which ran this fall, don’t worry—they’ll be back on Metro buses in January and February, says Barb Hauke, the school’s director of marketing and communications.
