WA Teaching Endorsements
Students who wish to earn the Washington State endorsement in special education must already hold a Washington State teaching certificate and have at least two years of full-time K-12 teaching experience.
Candidates for the special education endorsement must demonstrate content knowledge by completing the Washington Educator Skills Test (WEST-E) by completing the Washington Educator Skills Test (WEST-E) in Special Education (Test #070).
