Program Themes
The Student Development Administration Program includes four major themes woven into the student development course work. Each theme is addressed as a component within the student development courses and each raises key issues in preparing future professional administrators. These four themes are:

- Understanding and Fostering Diversity
- Ethics and Values
- Environment and Culture
Learning Outcomes
The Student Development Administration program has eight learning outcomes. They are:

Mission of the College of Education
