Program of Study - M.Ed.

Students in the Student Development Administration (SDA) Masters program have the option of two degree programs: the Master of Arts (MA) or the Master of Education (MEd). Both degrees require 51 credits for graduation. The Master of Arts option allows students to take three credits of electives in addition to completing an independent graduate project. The Master of Education option allows students to take six credits of electives. The graduate project is not required with the MEd option.

Please consult the Graduate bulletin for the year that you were admitted for official degree requirements and for course descriptions.

The SDA program at Seattle University employs the use of current technologies including video, the World Wide Web and e-mail as part of the teaching and learning curriculum. In addition, all students are required to sign up on the SDA Program listserv where out-of-class discussions are continued between students, faculty and other persons related with the program.
