Advanced Track Option
The Advanced Track Option is designed for teachers who have five or more years teaching experience out of state. Participants in this program option take the Preassessment Seminar (3 credits) and then independently collect evidence of meeting the state required standards and criteria for the Professional Certificate. The portfolio must be successfully completed within one school year following the Preassessment Seminar. Tuition is $150 a credit ($100 a credit for teachers in the Archdiocese of Seattle) for the Preassessment Seminar and a $150 reader's fee paid upon completion of the portfolio.
