Admission Requirements

1. Copy of valid Washington State Residency Teaching Certificate
2. Evidence of current and continuing employment as a teacher in a public school or state-approved private school
3. Evidence of completion of Provisional employment status copy on Provisional Status/Employer Support Verification form 4421
   
4. Official transcript with highest degree earned posted
5. Verification of five years previous teaching experience on Verification of Out-Of-State Experience form
6. Resume
