
Support for On-Site Internship Supervisors

Students in Seattle University's Educational Administration Program are teachers preparing to move into a leadsership role in schools. As part of their three-year program students must complete an internship that includes 720 hours of required activities. The school agrees to appoint an on-site supervisor, usually the principal, to provide and monitor a variety of field experience.
On-Site Supervisor's receive:
- Participation in a network of on-site supervisors who meet every other month and who are committed to the leadership development of teachers and their staff.

Institute for Leadership Induction
A Professional Development Institute for Beginning Administrators, Principals, Superintendents, Leadership Coaches, Administrative Interns, and their Site Supervisors.
