Jo Ann Trautman is currently a coach in Seattle University's Program for New Principals, an assessor/mentor for AWSP, and a School Improvement Facilitator with OSPI. She is also the instructor for the second year of the Reading and Literacy Masters for in-service teachers at City University at Fife. Most recently, Jo Ann was the Coordinator for the Educational Administration program for the University of Puget Sound. She retired as an elementary principal of seven years in the South Kitsap School District, with the previous seven years in the Bethel School District. During her teaching career in South Kitsap, she also taught in both Washington and Oregon as an adjunct for Seattle Pacific University. Jo Ann earned her Master's degree in Educational Administration from the University of Puget Sound and her BA in Education from Eastern Washington University.
