LeaAnna Portmann retired in June as the Director of Human Resources and Strategic Planning for the Enumclaw School District. During the 2006-2007 school year she will be working two days per week as an elementary principal supporting a principal who is finishing his doctorate. She also will complete her third year of mentoring a colleague in the area of Human Resources as part of the Washington Personnel Association’s training program. Prior to her central office experience, LeaAnna spent 10 years teaching at the elementary level before entering administration. Her building administrative experience includes High School, Middle and Elementary levels. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University and a Masters degree in Educational Administration from the University of Washington.
