Introduction to the New Principals Program

 

Become a Leadership Coach

All Leadership Coaches will meet or exceed the qualifications established by the Program for New Principals in consultation with the Program for New Principals Advisory Committee, Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP), and the New Teacher Center. Recruitment and application will be coordinated by the project director for the Program for New Principals.

 

Coach Selection Process:

1. Applicants’ paper work will be screened by the Project Director and members of the Advisory Committee. Applications should be submitted by July 6.

2. Selected applicants will be interviewed by the Project Director and members of the Advisory Committee in early July. (Phone interviews may be possible.)
