Elementary Education Applicants: All elementary education applicants must complete and submit an Elementary Content Review Form

Secondary Education Applicants: You must complete and submit a Secondary Endorsement Verification form. Secondary endorsements offered in the MIT program include: Theater Arts, Visual Arts, English/Language Arts, ESL, History, Social Studies, Mathematics, General Science, Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Physics, French, Japanese, and Spanish. The Secondary Endorsement Verifications are available as MS Word documents for download, viewing, and printing from the "List of Secondary Endorsement Teaching Areas" below.
