Elementary Education Applicants
All elementary education applicants must complete and submit an Elementary Education Endorsement Verification Form.
Secondary Education Applicants

Earth and Space Science*
English Language Learners (ELL)*

Theater Arts*
Visual Arts
*Students seeking an endorsement in Theater Arts, Earth and Space Science, or ELL must also have an endorsement in a second subject area. Common combinations are Theater Arts and Language Arts, Earth and Space Science and General Science, and ELL and any other endorsement area, including Elementary.
Middle School Endorsement
Both secondary and elementary applicants may add a middle school endorsement in humanities, science, and/or math. The requirements for each are listed on the Middle School Endorsement Verification Form.
