Electives from the other Programs

Electives (12 Credits Required)

We encourage students to take elective courses that support and promote their professional goals. Students have considerable flexibility in the selection of electives, both from within the College of Education, and from other graduate programs at Seattle University, including public administration, business administration, and theological studies. Planning elective courses must be done in consultation with an academic advisor to ensure that all program requirements are met. Detailed information on course offerings within Curriculum and Instruction can be found in the Graduate Bulletin. Students wishing elective course work in reading and literacy are invited to take classes listed under Literacy for Special Needs (LITC) as outlined in the Graduate Catalog.
