Brain Gym® 101 is a movement-based program that helps people of all ages release stress, dissolve learning and performance blocks and magnify success in all areas of life.  By integrating the flow of information within the brain and body, learning and performance are increasingly efficient.  Brain Gym allows new levels of achievement and brings back or enhances the natural joy of learning.
