Offering a Course

To offer a course for post-baccalaureate credit and/or for clock hours through our Professional Development/Continuing Education Office, follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our office to request a course application packet. We will send you this packet via e-mail, fax or U.S. mail. Simply call us at (206) 296-2147 or e-mail us at kleinm@seattleu.edu. You may also click the link below to access our on-line course application:

  3. The course application packet consists of:
    • An overview letter
    • A set of instructions for completing the necessary forms
    • Course Application form
    • Vita form
  4. Complete the Course Application form and Vita form either electronically or with handwritten information. If you have a course syllabus and/or a vita for the instructor, you may attach in lieu of completing all of the information on the form.
  5. Send the Course Application and Vita forms to our office to obtain approval.
  6. The Assistant Dean will review your Course Application form; then we will contact you regarding the approval status of your course.
  7. Once the course is approved, we will send you the forms you will need to process credit and/or clock hours for your course.
