Biography

Carol earned her doctorate at Ohio State University and has been at Seattle University since 1989. She coordinates the training and development specialization within the Master’s degree program. Her expertise includes faculty development, continuing professional education, and workplace learning, including skills training. Her prior work experience includes teaching incarcerated youth, managing youth leadership programs, and directing continuing education programs for judges and court personnel.
