CETL offers a range of services to faculty at Seattle University, including (but not limited to):

• Confidential, one-on-one consultations on instructional strategies and course design
• Formative classroom teaching observations and customized feedback
• Analysis and interpretation of course evaluations
• Focus groups and Small Group Instructional Diagnoses (SGIDs) to collect student feedback
• A Peer Coaching Program to connect you with a coach from elsewhere in the university
• Workshops and seminars on a range of learning and teaching issues
• Coordination of teaching and learning discussions across departments and programs
• Resources in response to research requests
