Therese Huston received her B.A. from Carleton College and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. Her research interests include faculty development and satisfaction, college teaching, and the impact of faculty diversity on course evaluations.

David Green received his B.A. and Ph.D. in German Studies from the University of Birmingham (U.K.), and an M.A. in Education and Professional Development from the University of Central England in Birmingham, where he headed the unit responsible for faculty and staff development and taught cross-cultural management. |

Bryce has done sterling research work for CETL for the two years in which he completed his master's degree in Student Development here at SU.
