	Therese Huston received her B.A. from Carleton College and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University. 	David Green received his B.A. and Ph.D. in German Studies from the University of Birmingham (U.K.), and an M.A. in Education and Professional Development from the University of Central England in Birmingham, where he headed the unit responsible for faculty and staff development and taught cross-cultural management.

	Janelle Choi received her B.A. in History from the University of Washington and is currently pursuing her M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction at Seattle University. Her interests include multicultural curriculum and curriculum for areas affected by conflict.

Instructional Research Associate & Graduate Assistant
	CETL is sorry to be saying goodbye to Bryce Hughes. Bryce has done sterling research work for CETL for the two years in which he completed his master's degree in Student Development here at SU. He is interested in multicultural and LGBT student affairs, student leadership development, and collaboration across student and academic affairs divisions.
