    Conference and Event Services is located just two blocks east of main campus, at the 1313 Columbia Building. We are located on the first floor just inside the main entrance off the corner of 14th Avenue and E Columbia Street. If you are visiting, you may stop in the load/unload zone just outside the main doors, come in to receive a parking pass, and park in the lot on the south edge of our block.

    Room reservations may be made by submitting a request to Inquiries for programs with overnight housing (mid-June to Labor Day) may be sent to

    Weekends OFFICE IS CLOSED; staffing is still available with prior arrangement


    Seattle University is located in the First Hill neighborhood, next to the Capitol Hill neighborhood, just above downtown Seattle. Steps from the downtown core, the campus is located only seven city blocks east of Interstate 5. Click here for a regional map.

    Please refer to the individual residence Driving Directions pages for specific address information for each campus residence. Packages, including those sent via overnight delivery, may be delivered to specific residence halls as long as their appropriate addresses are used. Mail sent to the above general campus address could be delayed.
