Keys and Residence Access
One key will be issued to each participant at check in. The key must be returned to the front desk by the check out time or the key will be reported as lost and the participant or organization will be assessed a $110.00 replacement fee. Keys left in rooms or mailed back to campus after the check out day will still be assessed the replacement fee.
On campus Guests
Summer conference guests living on campus are issued a conference card upon check-in at the residence hall.
This conference card is used for residence hall access (elevator and/or lobby) and conference meals at the Cherry Street Market.
The fee to replace a lost conference card, for on-campus guests, is $10.00, when replaced during the conference.
At the end of the conference, the conference card becomes void. Conference cards are souvenirs and guests may take them home.
Off campus Guests
Commuter conference cards may be issued if the Conference has arranged for a meal plan for guests staying off campus. These cards do not have any residence hall access and are non-refundable if lost.
