What is the CCTS Online Community?
CCTS on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube are links to an online community that seeks to improve transition services and post-school outcomes for youth with disabilities in Washington State by interacting, sharing knowledge, and engaging in discussion. The members who make up this community are paramount to the success of this mission. People who are involved with or who have an interest in special education services, particularly transition services and post-school outcomes, are encouraged to join this community.

We encourage all members of this community to interact with one another by answering questions, sharing knowledge and building on one another's perspectives. It is our hope that the discussions will have a synergistic effect, in which transition services and post-school outcomes will continue to improve for youth with disabilities in Washington State.
