What is the CCTS Facebook Page?

CCTS on Facebook is a link to an online community that seeks to improve transition services and post-school outcomes for youth with disabilities in Washington State through interacting, sharing knowledge, and asking questions. The members who make up this community are paramount to the success of this mission. People who are involved with or who have an interest in special education services, particularly transition services and post-school outcomes, are encouraged to join this community.

To become a member of the CCTS on Facebook community click on the following the link: CCTS on Facebook. To participate in the online forums you must first become a registered Facebook user. After opening an account on Facebook you may join the CCTS discussions, add links to helpful resources, and post information to improve our community practices. Please note, CCTS staff will be unable to edit and comment on all posts before they are made public.

We encourage all members of this community to interact with one another by answering questions, sharing knowledge and building on one another's perspectives. By doing this it is our hope that the discussions will have a synergistic effect, in which transition services and post-school outcomes will continue to improve for youth with disabilities in Washington State.
