Career Advising is offered in a variety of ways to best meet your busy schedule including face to face appointments, drop-in times or online via e-mail.
Advising can cover a wide range of career related topics, including:

- Self assessment tools inclduing Discover, Value and Skills card sorts
- Group interpretations of Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator® and Strong Interest Inventory®
- Career Action Plan
- Professional Development and Networking
- Job and internship search strategies
- Resumes and cover letters
- Mock interviewing and interview techniques
- Other topics based on your needs

Group Advising Sessions
Career Services now offers group advising sessions after business hours for your convenience. Topics include Career Choices, Cover Letters and Resumes, Job Search Strategies, Interview Skills, and Self Assessment Interpretations. View our group advising schedule for times.
Peer Career Advisors
The Peer Career Advisors (PCAs) are a group of students who have been trained to work with their peers in the career development process. Their specialty resides within resume and cover letter reviews, job search strategies, and networking. Career Action Plan
We can help you develop a Career Action Plan that complements your academic plan. You may design your own individualized strategy that includes informational interviews, study abroad, mentoring, internships, service learning, leadership development and networking.
