CCC is devoted to seeking what it means to live out the Catholic faith daily. How can students take what they hear on Sunday evenings and maintain an intentional faith throughout the week? And why is taking such an active role in one’s faith important? The hope is that this group can provide a space and community for one’s faith and understanding of Catholicism to be strengthened.
The group was began with a vision from Michelle Roach, a senior raised Catholic, and Mathew Lane, a senior who was in the RCIA process and baptized in at the Easter vigil in 2010.
CCC meets every weekly in the Chapel of St. Ignatius. CCC gatherings vary in style from reading from scripture, praying the rosary, dialogue about issues of faith, and presentations and sharing from the Jesuits and other spiritual leaders on Campus.
CCC is open to people of all faith who want to explore Catholic Faith within a believing community.
