Campaign Case for Support
In 1891, Seattle University made a pact with this city and region: We would educate students to think critically, prove themselves in real-world settings and take to heart the Jesuit commitment to become honorable citizens of competence and character. In turn and in time, our graduates would make a meaningful difference in their communities as they came to share their talent, their experience and their dedication to the greater good.
More than 60,000 Seattle University graduates have contributed to that grand tradition. They are college presidents, state Supreme Court justices, CEOs of multinational corporations, professional Hall of Fame athletes and senior U.S. diplomats. They govern states, command armies, climb mountains and design giant jet planes. They nurse the sick, teach the young, serve the poor and raise thriving, healthy families.
The Time Is Now
Seattle University today is strong, accomplished and increasingly recognized for the outstanding education it offers and the positive influence it brings to corporate offices and boardrooms, science labs and courtrooms, churches and classrooms, and myriad other settings.
