Summer Intersession classes in Italy will give you an up-close look at an economy where international commerce has thrived for over 1000 years. Tuscany offers amazing scenery, splendid artifacts, and elegant food and wine. Sansepolcro, a beautiful, renaissance, walled town, nestled beneath the Apennine Mountains, will enchant you with its friendly, generous people and warm, caring culture.

Room & Board

$1,700 for 13 nights includes:

  • Simple room and hearty breakfast and dinner (includes house Chianti) at the Cappucini Monastery in Sansepolcro, Tuscany region, Italy:

  • Chartered bus ride from the airport to the monastery and hotel.

  • Chartered bus rides to all scheduled company and city tours.

  • Admission to various cultural activities and festivals.

Alternative hotel accommodations are available at a higher price.

Airfare
not included
  • Group will depart Seattle on Sunday, September 7, 2008.

  • Group will depart Sansepolcro on Sunday, September 21, 2008.

Spending Money

Variable

Obviously, this depends on your interests and resources.

  • $20 - $30 a day should be sufficient while in Sansepolcro.

  • You should budget $100/day if you plan personal travel through Italy after the session or during the break.

Standard Seattle University tuition rates apply.  This cost is payable to the controller office according to its deadlines.  Applications for summer financial aid may be made.  Contact the Financial Aid office for further information.
