MBA Career
Information
"After taking a project management course, I became
interested in pursuing project management full time. During my last
quarter in the program I did a product management internship with Traveling
Software in Bothell. The internship turned out to be a great experience as
I quickly realized this was really what I wanted to do. Following
graduation I was offered a job as associate product manager. After
evaluating several other opportunities, I accepted the job. This, in my
mind, was a major coup, as I had no project management experience, except for my
internship, and had never worked in software. Thank you Seattle University
MBA! I wouldn't have been able to get my foot in the door without
it. I have now been with the company for six months and love it!
My MBA from Seattle University has helped me to quickly adapt to
the role of product manager at LapLink.com (formerly Traveling Software) by
providing a solid foundation for business strategy and success."
