may enter any of the four quarters and may complete their program in two to

are divided into "waivable" fundamentals, required core courses, and
elective courses. The Albers School offers more than
fifty electives.
A highlight of the Albers School is
its Executive Mentor Program, matching senior executives from the Puget Sound
area with graduate students. It offers opportunities to develop business
contacts, access industry information, and gain valuable insights from

Why Albers Business School?
Seattle University's graduate programs offers you a winning combination of
two distinctive competencies:
Students enjoy the environment and service of a small private university with
the benefits of a large graduate student population.
Quality Curriculum
Our mission is to educate managers from around the world to be leaders in
their industries and communities. Our goals are to communicate the latest
global business practices, provoke analytical thinking and discussion among
the best and brightest and develop in our students an ethical foundation for
sound business decisions.
Our curriculum enhances your comprehension of the integration of different
functions within the firm, teaches you how to work more effectively in teams,
and develops your understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader in
a rapidly changing environment. We offer a wide range of elective courses that
caters to the interests of our students.
Faculty
Jesuit schools are well known for outstanding teaching and commitment to
students. We recruit and reward faculty who love teaching and excel at it. Our
faculty are at the leading edge of their fields through their research, but
they also are exceptionally capable of communicating knowledge to students and
encouraging their students to apply what is learned in the classroom to the
real world.
Above all, our faculty are interested in your success. They are
knowledgeable, but more importantly, our small classes mean professors are
accessible to you to facilitate and deepen your learning.
Students
We serve over 900 graduate students from across the
U.S., North America, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. Our reputation for challenging academic
programs, teaching excellence and emphasis on integrity in business draws some
of the most talented students in the world. You will work and learn with
students from large corporate backgrounds as well as from small
entrepreneurial organizations, students from leading technology firms, premier
financial institutions, manufacturing firms, health care organizations and
multinational corporations in a multitude of industries. You will be building
relationships with students from around the world, some of whom will someday
manage companies that play pivotal roles in world commerce.
AACSB International Accreditation
The Albers School is accredited by the
prestigious AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate
Schools of Business. As of June 2007, less than 10 percent of the
world’s business schools and less than one third of U.S. business
schools have achieved business accreditation from AACSB.
Flexibility
By any measure, Seattle University offers more choices to the working
professional than any other AACSB International accredited MBA program in the Northwest.
Classes are available in the evenings in Seattle and
Bellevue.
You can start in any term. We offer a choice of nearly 50 classes each
quarter. With that level of access and flexibility you are sure to find a
