Greg Magnan has had two articles recently accepted for publication - "Supply Chain Trust is Within Your Grasp" will be published in the May 2004 issue of Supply Chain Management Review and "Ten Guiding Principles to High-Impact Supply Chains" will be published in the fall edition of Business Horizons.

Greg Magnan was quoted in a Seattle Post-Intelligencer story entitled, “Shooting the messenger is result of bad leadership.” It appeared on Thursday, March 6, 2003.

Greg Magnan recently received two accolades for his research in supply chain. First, he and his co-author, Dr. Stan Fawcett, BYU, received the "Literati Award" for the most outstanding paper in the 2002 Volume of the International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management. The article is titled, "The Rhetoric and Reality of Supply Chain Integration."  Also, their paper, "Supply Chain Success: Three Initiatives Differentiating High- and Low-Performing Firms," received the "Best Paper Award" at the 14th Annual North American Research/Teaching Symposium on Purchasing and Supply Chain Management.
