Wayne H. Ottum is the President and founder of Ottum Enterprises, LLC. He has over 20 years of experience in the design, development, and delivery of management, organizational, and employee development programs focused on business growth. This includes consulting projects focused on building business growth strategies, revenue generation, organizational alignment, process redesign, change management, executive coaching, training and product management.
