The Center for Leadership Formation recently conducted two Executive Leadership Program surveys, one for alumni and another for executive sponsors.  50% of alumni responded to the Alumni Survey, and 100% of executive sponsors completed the Sponsor Survey, remarkable response rates respectively.  Thanks to each of you who participated.The surveys show that the Executive Leadership Program is highly regarded by both participants and executive sponsors.  To simplify the presentation of results, the following tables indicate percentages of respondents who reported that ELP had a significant or tremendous impact on the following outcomes:
