CareerLeader-College Assessment
The CareerLeader-College
program is a fully integrated approach to
business career self-assessment. This
free assessment is available to both
undergraduate and graduate students.
The 45-minute online assessment is designed
to help students in their career
exploration, planning, and decision-making.
The assessment results reveal the key
characteristics, motivators, and strengths
of a student, the organizational culture
that fits the student, and the business
career paths that best match the student.
The assessment also provides "next step"
suggestions on how the student can make the
most of career planning and preparation.
This assessment
is a key tool for any undergraduate or
graduate student in the Albers School who
would like personalized information about
their strengths and career preferences to
provide direction in career planning.
To take the
assessment, contact the Albers Placement
Center to make an appointment with a career
advisor: 206.296.5687 or Pigott 331.
