At Union Bank,
Stan’s primary responsibilities are to offer
various financial solutions to growth oriented
private & public companies in Washington with
annual sales of $25MM to $500MM. He manages a
client portfolio that includes manufacturers,
distributors, real estate lessors, forest
product companies and integrated seafood
companies. He has extensive background in
corporate and international banking, credit and
risk analysis, and business development (sales).
His previous assignments included positions in
Tokyo, Seoul and London.
Areas of Expertise - Employment History:
Stan has more than
30 years of commercial and international banking
experience. Prior to founding Lance Resource
Group, Inc., he was a vice president with
several major financial institutions including
Seafirst Bank, Security Pacific Bank, The Bank
of Tokyo Mitsubishi, Ltd., and US Bank. During
his banking career Stan's responsibilities
included relationship management for middle
market and Fortune 500 clients, business
development, credit administration and
structured trade finance. His client portfolios
consisted of firms in such diverse industries as
aerospace manufacturing, agricultural export,
aircraft leasing, banking, forest products,
hospitality, international trade, retail
distribution and sales, technology
manufacturing, and wholesale distribution.
As a banker, Stan was stationed for 18 months in
Tokyo, two years in Seoul, and 18 months in
London.
Stan’s interests include photography, writing,
hiking, and fly fishing.
