From a senior management position, I lead the finance, human resource and information technology functions of the enterprise.

Areas of Expertise - Employment History: 

CPA, business valuation expert, teacher. Experineced gained while employed by an international CPA firm, a large financial instituition and a privately held business.

Education - Personal History: 

BS - Business with a major in accounting from the SUNY of Buffalo. Continued professional education through various workshops and seminars.

AICPA, WSCPA, American Society of Appraisers
