All Human Resources functions including recruiting, talent and performance management, organization development and compensation and benefits.

Areas of Expertise - Employment History: 

Prior to joining Seattle University in July 2008, Jerry led the Human Resources organizations for PACCAR's growing international businesses including DAF Trucks, Leyland Trucks and PACCAR Mexico. In addition to his global Human Resources responsibilities Jerry was responsible for the PACCAR Leadership Development Program, succession planning and PACCAR Institute activities. Jerry also served as the Secretary to the Board of Directors of the Paul Pigott Scholarship Foundation.

Joining PACCAR in 1989, Jerry held various positions including Corporate Internal Auditor, Kenworth-Seattle Assistant Controller, Corporate Compensation Manager, Director of Human Resources for PACCAR Parts, Director of Human Resources for Financial Services, Organizational Development Director and he led the PACCAR HR organization for over two years reporting to the CEO. Prior to joining PACCAR, Jerry acquired over nine years of accounting management experience.

Education - Personal History: 

Jerry earned a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Western Washington University and attended the Human Resources Executive Program at Stanford University.
