Description of Company:

First Choice Health is a third party health administrator and provider network for the Greater Pacific Northwest. The Employee Assistance Program and the Physician Assistance Program are two products that FCH offers to it consumers. Counseling, Consultation and Training are the primary services I provide for the EAP and PAP programs. We currently serve 1100 companies in the Greater Pacific NW and Alaska.

Areas of Responsibility - Job Description: 

• Provide Counseling/Coaching to employees and physicians when their work or personal challenges impact their ability to perform their job duties.
• Provide consultation to Human Resources Managers on dealing with employee work performance issues.
• Provide Training to Companies on such topics as Conflict Resolution, Harassment Prevention, Stress Management, DOT Reasonable Suspicion Training.

I'd like to speak with students interested in pursuing a career in HR Management.
Interest in students who want to pursue a career in the health services field.

When and Where do you hold meetings with students? 

Evenings after 5:30 p.m. We could meet Downtown Seattle or I can come up to the First Hill campus. I’ll leave this up to you.

Bring your current resume or work history. In addition, write down your expectations/goals for our mentor relationship.
