Counseling/Coaching to employees and physicians
when their work or personal challenges impact
their ability to perform their job duties.
• Provide consultation to Human Resources
Managers on dealing with employee work
performance issues.
• Provide Training to Companies on such topics
as Conflict Resolution, Harassment Prevention,
Stress Management, DOT Reasonable Suspicion
Training.
