When and where do you hold meetings with students? 

Meeting times and places are flexible, depending upon schedules. My preference is lunchtime or late afternoon/early evening, either at ZymoGenetics or on the SU campus.

Any special requirements for students for the first meeting? 

Resume and areas of interest would be helpful. Students should help set the agenda for meetings.
