Description of Company:

Sabey Corporation is a privately held $600-million real estate development, construction services and investment company. Over the past 35 years, we've constructed, renovated and rehabilitated more than 27 million square feet of manufacturing, warehouse, office, medical and retail space. Our client list includes some of Seattle's iconic names, as well as universities and branches of the U.S. government. Many of our projects have been highly specialized, such as the high-security buildings in which The Boeing Company designed and built the B-2 bomber, the newly constructed Department of Homeland Security Regional Headquarters in Seattle or the Sabey DataCenters.

Today, we own and manage more than 4.5 million square feet of commercial and technology space in the state of Washington in addition to major projects in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Texas and Utah.
